Hack
Hold to hack. Hacked enemies cannot use abilities and can be seen through walls. Hacked health packs spawn faster and can't be used by enemies. Taking damage interrupts the hack attempt.
Translocator
Throw a beacon and teleport to it. Become stealthed for a short duration after teleporting.
Virus
Infect enemies with a projectile that deals damage over time. Virus damages hacked enemies at a faster rate.

When to Pick
Against ability-dependent heroes like Doomfist, Wrecking Ball, D.Va, and Lucio. When your team can follow up on Hack to secure kills in team fights. To enable team engages with EMP removing all enemy abilities simultaneously. Against comps relying on one key ability like Immortality Field.
When to Avoid
Against teams that do not rely heavily on cooldown abilities. Against Torbjorn whose turret cannot be Hacked during combat. When your team cannot coordinate to follow up on your Hacks and EMP engages. Against Brigitte who peels effectively for your Hack targets.
